Return and exchange policy

1- The customer has the right in the event of a manufacturing defect and it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if the delivery is through external shipping companies, and if the delivery is via Qasr Al Saraya cars, the customer’s signature on receipt after installation is a statement that the product is free of any defects.

- The request is submitted through the website or by calling the toll-free number 8001243888 or via WhatsApp, the online store, 966531166433.

2- The customer has the right to return in the event that the contents of the invoice have not been delivered and refund the full amount unless the period exceeds (30) days from the date of the invoice, but if the period exceeds (30) days, a (5%) administrative fee will be deducted.

3- If the customer receives the contents of the invoice (products) from a shop or warehouse, the customer is not entitled to return the order.

4- The customer has the right to recover the full amount if the order is not delivered on the date specified for him without claiming any compensation.

5- The customer must submit the original invoice to request a return or exchange.

6- The amount will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 15 working days through a bank transfer to the customer’s account registered in the invoice.
