Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated during the order fulfillment process, and shipping fees vary depending on the city and product ordered.


Free Shipping: Qasser Al Saraya Furniture Company offers a free shipping service in the event:


- If the customer is in one of the following cities (Riyadh - Jeddah - Buraydah - Al Khobar - Madinah - Makkah - Taif).


- If your purchases are more than 5,000 riyals, including tax. -Only for  online-store customers-.


      (In case the shipping is by an external company, a shipping fee will be charged)


Receipt from the showroom or warehouse: You can receive your order from one of our showrooms (Riyadh - Jeddah - Buraydah - Al Khobar) or from the main warehouse in Riyadh, without installation.


Delivery and installation: All of (sofa sets, bedrooms, dining tables) are delivered by the cars of Qasr Al Saraya Furniture Company with the technical team for installation, either in case of requesting any other products such as: (accessories, tea tables, entrances,... .etc) shipped with a third-party delivery company without installation.


Delivery time (Qasser Al Saraya Furniture Cars):


Delivery service is available to all cities of the Kingdom, and delivery dates are determined according to the schedule and according to the customer’s location. Coordination is with the customer to set the date to confirm the day and hour:


- The main cities (Riyadh - Jeddah - Buraydah - Al Khobar) the delivery time is from 7 to 15 working days.


- Governorates and villages, according to the distance from the nearest Qasser Al Saraya Furniture warehouse, and the period is from 15 to 30 working days according to the schedule.


Delivery period (external shipping companies):


Delivery times by external shipping companies are from 4 to 7 working days.


Delivery and installation:


We in Qasr Al Saraya Furniture make sure that the products are safe before they leave the warehouse and are well packaged, so we recommend all customers to ensure the safety of the product and review it well after installation.


- In the event of any damage to the product or damage, please do not sign the receipt, and explain the damage to the technical team so that we can replace the product, and in the event of any complaint from the team, please contact the unified number 8001243888 or file a complaint through the online store.


- In the event that the receipt is signed, this means that the product is free of any defects or damage, and the company is not responsible for any damages.


- The customer has the right to claim the free maintenance service according to the company's policy.
